Food bank serve opportunity. Join us in packing boxes for those in need at the Delaware food bank . MUST REGISTER WITH THE FOOD BANK BEFORE YOU SERVE . Go to the the food bank of Delaware website and create an account .

We will be serving lunch and playing games, while providing fellowship, hope and prayer to a group of senior citizens. Setting up, serving food, playing games, as well as help cleaning up, will be appreciated. We are preparing to serve around 60 individuals.

Help organize and set up tables for the Hygiene Kit packing event that will take place immediately after the 11am gathering. We will have at least three stations to be packing as many as 350 co-ed kits. The kits assembled will be provided to the Red Clay Consolidated School District that is offering a Puberty Education Curriculum to 5th grade students throughout the district. Items may include but are not limited to: Dental hygiene care, Shower gel, Hair care, Deodorant, Feminine products, etc. Be a part of ensuring that all students have access to education and resources to support them on their personal hygiene care journey. If you are detail oriented and love to organize this serve if for you.

Come out and join Code Red Recovery in packing intentional bags with faith resources and Spiritual gifting assessments for residents in 4 different recovery partner organizations in Journey City.

You will assist in serving for women in a treatment program. Gaudenzia Claymont Center serves women, women with children, and pregnant women, and holds the distinction of being Delaware’s only treatment program for women with children. Our team of medical professionals and addiction specialists begins each client’s journey with a comprehensive assessment to create an individualized treatment plan focused on long-term recovery. You will help serve food, create art work and clean up. This is for adults only.

Come out to Knollwood Community to bring fun, food and fellowship to the neighborhood. You will be on hand to assist in setting up, tables and tents, serving food, playing games, prayer, and knocking down event.

Help us sort & package up produce to bless Brennen families enrolled in the backpack program. Friday afternoon the students will be sent home with a bag of fresh produce - apples, bananas, oranges, etc. to bring home for the weekend.

The Ronald McDonald House (RMH) is in need of Family Care kits assembled for their families who are staying at their facility while their child is in the hospital. The kit consists of 3 items and other information provided by the RMH. These kits are needed so that the families do not need to worry about incidentals in their time of need.

Come out and help load the trailer for compassion weekend. Load: Table ,chairs, tents, cooler etc.
